Mamdouh Mohammad Hassan Elssbiay (Arabic: ممدوح محمد حسن السبيعي; born 16 Sept 1984), also known as Big Ramy, is an Egyptian seasoned bodybuilder who competes in magnanimity men's open bodybuilding division heritage the IFBB Pro League.

Early life
